Learn how to care for your candle
➡ Burn the candle each time until the entire top layer of wax has melted. This takes around 2-3 hours. This avoids the tunnel effect of the candle. However, do not burn the candle for more than 3.5 to 4 hours at a time to avoid overheating.
➡ To extinguish the candle, use a wooden lid or a special candle extinguisher instead of blowing out the flame. This way you avoid smoke and can enjoy the beautiful scent of the candle for longer. Simply wipe the smoky lid with a damp cloth.
➡ Shred or cut off the charred part of the wick before lighting the candle - then the flame will be clean and even and the candle will not start to smoke.
➡ Do not move a burning candle or extinguish it immediately while the wax is still liquid. Wait for the candle to cool down.
➡ Do not leave a burning candle unattended or directly against a wall or window.
How to reuse wood after a candle?
After the candle has burned completely, remove the can from the wick and clean the inside of the wood with a cloth and a mild detergent. Once it is completely dry, lubricate the entire surface with some natural oil such as coconut oil or wax. Bravo! The wooden container is as good as new and can be used immediately! Grow it back or use it e.g. B. as a bowl for jewelry.

Before you light your favorite candle, pause for a moment! Touch the wooden surface and feel the wonderful energy it radiates, which comes directly from nature. Then smell the candle and let the scent it releases make this - even the most mundane - moment as special as possible.
